Phantasm II (1988)

Check out the all new page for PHANTASM II at Set-Jetter.com

In anticipation of Phantasm V: Ravager, I am visiting some of the locations used in the series.   For each film, click on the link:
      Phantasm (originally published September 2013)
      Phantasm II
Phantasm III: Lord Of The Dead
      Phantasm IV: Oblivion

First up is one of the abandoned towns, which is actually up on the main street in Santa Paula and just down the way from where Carrie (1976) tried on lipstick and the boys bought their tuxedos!

And on the other side of the street is supposedly another abandoned town they encounter later...

Also up in Santa Paula is the street where they seem a row of houses and a shade is drawn down....

Grandma's house...

Next to grandma's house is the priest's house...

And finally, the funeral home....

I haven't been able to get to the "clinic" and it looks like it is a private hospital, but here is an aerial shot of it...

  1. I was wondering... is the funeral home also located in Santa Paula? I just moved to Oxnard and being that Santa Paula's a stone's throw from here I thought it'd be a treat to go and check it out.

    1. It is actually located in the Heritage Square Museum in the Highland Park area of Los Angeles (3800 Homer Street). Check out their website at heritagesquare.org for hours and more information, it's definitely worth the visit.
