One of my favorite bad movies.... the Karate Kid Part III went "back to basics" but couldn't recapture the spirit of the original (see those locations here and here).
First up, Daniel and Mr. Miyagi set up shop on an abandoned building. The building is gone (or was never there to begin with)....
