It appears they return a house used in Insidious Chapter 2.  (UPDATE: This is Lin Shaye's house in the film, located at 445 North Avenue 53.)

Big Ass Spider (2013)

No matter the result, you gotta love these SyFy movies for bringing back the goofy fun of 50's monster movies.   Not my usual fare, but after watching Big Ass Spider, I was set on trying to find a couple of locations.   The hardest one to find was Lin Shaye's house seen in the beginning of the film, which I eventually found up in Glendale...
