Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol
The fourth entry in Mission Impossible franchise, Ghost Protocol, is probably the best one, mostly due to director, Brad Bird. Although I'm certainly not a Tom Cruise fan, I do have great respect for his dedication to work and the lengths he is willing to go to. Shot all over the world, I checked out a few locations they used in Vancouver.
First up, the phone booth where he receives his mission was shot under a bridge to Granville Island...

Here is the prop phone used in that scene, currently on display at Paramount Studios....
The entrance to the carpark is the Vancouver Convention Center used in many films....

The epilogue is supposed to be in Seattle but it is actually the popular Granville Island....

Saved! (2004)
Saved! was a little sleeper comedy that I enjoyed quite a bit. It was also briefly made into a Broadway musical, but I wasn't able to catch it in time. :(
Here is "American Eagle Christian High School" shot at a Vancouver school...

50/50 (2011)
50/50 stars one of my favorite actors, Joseph Gordon Levitt. The film is pretty good, and especially to those who are personally touched by cancer in their lives or families. Shot in Vancouver standing in for Seattle...
First up, the Lions Gate Bridge in Vancouver....

The hospital, which in actuality is a city hall (Vancouver has the BEST city halls, by the way)....

And finally his cute red house...
