This one still makes me laugh... don't ask.   The hospital exterior is actually the former Park Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles, which is used in many films... Naked Gun , The Mask, Bugsy, Prom Night, Less Than Zero...

The Last Starfighter boasted some of the first CGI in the movies... and yes, it didn't look too hot back then and looks even worse now.   But the story is fun and it has a great cast....
