Out of all of Tim Burton's films, I feel Ed Wood is the most solid in terms of story, acting and direction. I didn't have much interest in doing locations for this film until I was asked to find the "studio" used in the movie. After that, I thought I might as well check the other locales out.
First up, are some shots of Johnny Depp at an actual studio, Warner Brothers....

Next, Boardner's has several appearances in the film as well as the coffin store next door where Ed Wood first meets Bela Lugosi....

Musso & Frank Grill up the street also makes a couple appearances in the film as well...

The scene where Ed shoots "Glen or Glenda" was shot right on Hollywood Boulevard....

Making a brief appearance is one of Ed Wood's apartments, both in reel and real life....

Making a brief appearance is the church where they cast and crew are baptized....

Bela's house is used a few times in the film.....

And for completeness sake, the house across the street....

The Larchmont Studios was kind of tricky to find. First up is the walk to the studio Vampira takes after she get off the bus. She walks into the back of the studio here....

The finale of the film takes place at the Pantages Theatre....

And right in the middle of all these locations is Bela Lugosi's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame...
And Maila Nurmi's gravestone...
