I love most of Paul Thomas Anderson's films, Boogie Nights, in particular. But Punch Drunk Love felt like a misfire to me. It can't entirely be Adam Sandler's fault though, the script seemed too short and on the nose for Anderson's usual work.
First up is the warehouse where Barry works. In the first picture is a fellow I met while visiting this location who was working there at the time and got a bit part in the film...

Now finding Barry's apartment was going to be tough, but luckily I was able to discern a few letters on a street sign in the background and was able to locate it. Here is the apartment followed by point of view from the garage....

Barry's apartment is at 14926 Moorpark St. in Sherman Oaks
