Neighbors (2014)

Originally titled Townies, the upcoming Neighbors film looks pretty funny.  It stars Zac Efron, Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne and the always great Dave Franco.  We only have a trailer so far, but it looks pretty good to me.  During my latest LA visit, I thought I should check out the main two houses that feature in the film...

Not sure how this house fits in the film, but it has been used in many productions.   (UPDATE: Apparently this scene has hit the cutting room floor as it does not appear in the film, just the trailer).
